Lutande träd

Start by taking down the leaning tree. The tree’s roots are probably under strain and its position is unstable. For this reason, you must never walk in the tree’s felling area. Fell the tree with a safe corner straight back or, on a steep sleep, with a V-cut or deep V-cut. The tree will then fall slowly – and kept attached to the stump during the fall without splitting or hitting anything.

Börja med att ta ner det lutande trädet. Rötterna är sannolikt i spänning och trädet står ostadigt. Av den anledningen ska du aldrig vistas i fällningsområdet. Fäll trädet med det säkra hörnet bakåt. I en brant lutning kan du göra ett v-skär eller ett djupt v-skär. Trädet faller långsamt, fortfarande fast i stubben, utan att spjälkas eller träffa något.
